The widow of television mega-producer Aaron Spelling decided to downsize and simplify her life by selling the splendid mansion and move to Century City. She temporarily settled in a rented property in Carlyle. Just enough time to renovate her new apartment at the Century Condos. The latter is comparable to a mansion, but this time it is high up on the 42nd floor of this imposing tower. Despite the great height of the property, it contains a projection room, spiral staircases, and a saltwater swimming pool.

Ms. Ecclestone employed more than 500 workers to renovate the house, which has its own two-lane bowling alley, beauty salon and tanning rooms, the Wall Street Journal previously reported.
"Everyone keeps asking me who bought the house, and I say I have no idea," said Ms. Spelling, who now lives in a condo in Century City. The seven-bedroom property also has a great room, a media room and sliding doors that lead out to an oceanfront deck. One of the two master suites has a fireplace and sitting area, built-in bookshelves and a kitchenette. The property is surrounded by a white picket fence and beautiful white flowers.
